Over 300 individuals across the state (from rural clinics to urban health systems, from grassroots advocates to seasoned policymakers) generously offered their insights to shape this plan. Their voices, experiences, and expertise are woven throughout the framework, making the Illinois Oral Health Plan V a truly collective vision.

The IOHP isn’t just a document—it’s an actionable roadmap designed to align oral health with overall health.
