Managing Certifications
The Manage Certification option is used to switch certificates. If patients have multiple certificates, they can make one certificate as Active from here and the old one will be expired/canceled.
Click the Manage button in the Manage Certification(s) section of the Patient Dashboard.
Note: You can view the Certification Number, Terminal Condition, Lifelong Condition, and Allotment Limit for the Active Certificates on the Manage Certification page.
Click the Go to Dashboard button to return to the Dashboard.
