Registering an Adult Patient
Log in to the system and click the Select button in the Adult Medical Cannabis Patient section of the Medical Cannabis Card Registration page. Once selected, a list of checkboxes displays.
Note: Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.
The checkboxes are a list of requirements for application. If you meet the criteria, check all of the boxes. Enter the Patient Details and click the Save & Next button.
