Peoria Community-Based Testing Site Reopening

SPRINGFIELD – The COVID-19 Community-Based Testing Site in Peoria is reopening on Friday, September 3, 2021.  Testing will resume at the Peoria Civic Center located at 698 Fulton St. in Peoria, Illinois.  Vaccinations will also be available at the Peoria Civic Center site.  Free testing and vaccinations are open to anyone regardless of insurance and immigration status will not be asked.

With the reopening of the Peoria Civic Center location, Illinois has 10 community-based testing sites around the state.  Additional information on these sites, as well as additional testing locations can be found at http://dph.illinois.gov/testing.
