Free COVID-19 Vaccinations and Testing Available at Illinois State Fair in Du Quoin
SPRINGFIELD – The Illinois Department of Public Health will be providing free COVID-19 vaccinations and testing at two locations at the Du Quoin State Fair August 27 – September 6, 2021.

The one-dose Johnson & Johnson (J&J) vaccine and Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine will be available for free at both locations on the state fairgrounds in Du Quoin. COVID-19 testing will also be available at both vaccination locations. Please bring a photo ID. Proof of immigration status is not required. The J&J vaccine is only authorized for individuals 18 years and older. The Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine is authorized for individuals 12 years and older. Masks are required to be worn in all indoor locations on the fairgrounds and in the grandstand for concerts. Masks in outdoor locations are not required, but are encouraged.
