Free Vaccines at Illinois State Fair in Springfield

SPRINGFIELD – The Illinois Department of Public Health (DPH) is partnering with Walgreens to provide flu and pneumonia vaccines to Illinois residents on Monday, August 17, 2015, at the Illinois State Fair in Springfield.

WHO:     IDPH and Walgreens

WHAT:   Free flu and pneumonia vaccines.  Bring a photo ID and medical card (if available).  No insurance needed.
 
WHEN:   Monday, August 17, 2015 (9 am to 3 pm)
