This data dashboard provides details on firearms injuries resulting in emergency department visits around Illinois, including where and how such incidents happen. This data is collected through the CDC Firearm Surveillance Through Emergency Rooms (FASTER) program. The goal is to provide information that can help to guide prevention and intervention efforts to reduce such incidents across the state.
