Measles cases are on the rise globally and here in Illinois the number is increasing as well. Purchase of Dry Ice RFQ

The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) is seeking vendor(s) to provide Dry Ice, in 10mm - 16mm pellets.  Approximately 1,100 pounds of Dry Ice will need to be delivered to the designated location when requested by IDPH for the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic.  Shipments will need to be received within 48 hours of request made from IDPH.  Shipments will be needed approximately every 10-14 days.  The amount may vary dependent upon need.
