COVID-19 Specimen Collection RFQ

The State of Illinois seeks private sector vendor quotes to provide for the collection and transport of COVID-19 test specimens to laboratories (public, hospital and/or commercial) as directed for the two regions indicated below.  The State will evaluate the vendor quotes based on price and match with the State’s needs for all specimen collection services (including mobile testing sites, facility-based specimen collection, and community-based testing sites) described in the attached Requests for Quote (RFQ).

  • Region 1: South of Interstate Highway 80 and north of Interstate Highway 70  
  • Region 2: South of Interstate Highway 70 

Quotes should be returned to me via email, Vicki.Wilson@illinois.gov, not later than Monday, August 31, 2020, 5:00 pm, Central Standard Time.
