Bid Specifications for Roche Preventative Maintenance Contract RFQ

The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH), Division of Laboratories, is seeking quotes from qualified vendors for the preventive maintenance and on-site repair of various Roche Diagnostic extraction platforms that are used for extraction of ribonucleic acid (RNA) from COVID-19 and other infectious diseases.  A detailed list of equipment is found below.   This contract is for an initial period of six months with a potential for three six-month renewals.   The Roche equipment is located at the IDPH labs:
