Lab Waste Removal Invitation for Bid

The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH), Division of Laboratories, is seeking quotes from qualified vendors for the implementation of a three (3) year biological and chemical waste disposal contract for each of three locations:

Carbondale, IL 62901

This contract is a three-part disposal contract: Biological (biohazardous) Waste, Chemical Waste, and Excess Chemical Waste.
