COVID-19 Transport Media and Swab Disposal Services RFQ

The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH), Division of Laboratories, is seeking quotes from qualified vendors for the implementation of a 1-year disposal service of unused and unopened COVID-19 transport media and swabs for each of three locations; one in Chicago, IL, one in Springfield, IL, and one in Peoria, IL where the majority of the materials are located.

October 25, 2021: RFQ released

November 9, 2021: Submissions due via email to sean.m.mcauliff@illinois.gov not later than 5:00 p.m. CST

November 15, 2021 (estimated): Contract award

November 22, 2021 (estimated): Start date
