COVID-19 Transport Media and Swab Disposal Services RFQ

The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH), Division of Laboratories, is seeking quotes from qualified vendors for the implementation of a 1-year disposal service of unused and unopened COVID-19 transport media and swabs for each of three locations; one in Chicago, IL, one in Springfield, IL, and one in Peoria, IL where the majority of the materials are located.
