Measles cases are on the rise globally and here in Illinois the number is increasing as well. Public Heath Digital Transformation Enablement Services

The Departments of Public Health (DPH) and Innovation and Technology (DoIT) (“State”) requests proposals from responsible Offerors to meet its needs. The State is soliciting proposals to secure Public Health Digital Transformation Enablement Services under the Gubernational Disaster Proclamation and provides for an expedited timeline. All interested Offerors are invited to attend the Bidder’s Conference on April 15, 2022, at 10am CST. All questions about the solicitation, including the Bidder’s Conference, should be directed in writing to DoIT.ESM@Illinois.gov by April 25, 2022, at 2pm CST.

Proposals that do not include a Business Enterprise & Veteran Business Utilization Plan will be disqualified. Vendors are urged to consult these CEI’s Certification Directories for qualified vendors. Please reference the solicitation for applicable NIGP commodity codes.

Vendors should not direct questions or discuss this solicitation with any State of Illinois employee other than the identified solicitation contact. All questions about the solicitation should be directed in writing to DoIT.ESM@Illinois.gov. No phone calls will be accepted.

Registration for the Bidder’s Conference and responses to all written questions will be posted to the DoIT Procurement website and vendors should monitor the DoIT webpage for these responses and updated information.
