Illinois is currently accepting applications for COVID-19 vaccine clinics to improve equity of vaccine distribution. Use one of the links below to apply to host a clinic in your community. Anyone can apply.
This initiative will help to ensure vaccine distribution to any groups that have experienced challenges accessing vaccines, hard to reach and hesitant populations.
Please note – 14 days’ notice is necessary for vaccination clinic requests.
Racial/ethnic minorities, rural populations, immigrant communities and any other community where the clinic could help overcome barriers to vaccination such as language, disability, technology, or transportation.
