Springfield, Ill. - Governor Pritzker announces additional COVID-19 mitigation efforts, implemented in the Metro East region on September 2. As the state continues to monitor each region, Region 4 has increased its positivity rate following initial mitigations and is reporting a 7-day rolling test positivity averaging 9.6 percent.
