Springfield, Ill. - Governor Pritzker announces that Region 6 – East-Central Illinois – has sustained an average positivity rate of 8% or higher for three consecutive days. Therefore, starting Monday, they will join the majority of the state operating under resurgence mitigations. The Governor stressed the importance of staying safe on Halloween by celebrating virtually and from home.
