Springfield, Ill. - The Governor gave an update regarding the vaccination process in Illinois over the last three weeks and explained the next phase of vaccine distribution. Additionally, he announced regions will be able to move out of Tier 3 of the mitigation plan if they meet proper criteria starting January 15th.
