Springfield, Ill. - Governor Pritzker discusses an uptick in Region 1’s positivity rate, the northwestern most counties in Illinois. Since the region has surpassed 8% positivity for three consecutive days, COVID-19 resurgence mitigations will be implemented in Region 1 beginning October 3.
