Springfield, Ill. - Governor Pritzker highlights Region 7—Will and Kankakee counties—which is beginning a downward trend, with a current 7-day rolling average of 7.4%. Unfortunately, Region 4—the Metro East—continues to see high rates of community spread with a 10.1% average positivity rate.
