Trauma Registry Training

Training for the new Illinois Trauma and HSVI registries by Digital Innovation (DI) will begin soon. Cases to be entered into the new DI Trauma and HSVI registries are for ED arrival dates on or after July 1, 2019. Inclusion criteria for HSVI is unchanged. Inclusion criteria for the Trauma Registry will follow the NTDS for the appropriate year.

Training will be two days in length. The first half of Day 1 will be HSVI training. The remainder of the training will focus on the Trauma Registry.

We have secured two sites for each training session to accommodate users. Due to space limitations, we will accept a primary and standby individual per facility. We will allow the standby individual to attend in addition to the primary individual for a facility, if space allows.
