The Illinois Department of Public Health announces a two-day meeting of the Illinois HIV Integrated Planning Council (IHIPC) on Thursday, June 27, 2019 from 11 am – 4:30 pm and on Friday, June 28, 2019 from 8:30 am – 1:30 pm.

Participants have the option to attend the in-person meeting in Springfield, IL, or to participate by webinar. All participants should register at the link below to report their intent to attend (either in-person or by webinar): https://www.regonline.com/june2019ihipcmeetings .
Once registered, participants will receive an email confirmation with detailed logistic information and/or webinar instructions. An electronic form to complete and submit request to make public comment at the meeting(s) will be made available in the confirmation email.
In compliance with the Illinois Open Meetings Act, public notice of this meeting will be posted at the following locations at least 48 hours before each meeting: the Springfield and Chicago Offices of the Illinois Department of Public Health - 525 West Jefferson Street, 1st Floor, Springfield, Illinois, 62761 and 122 S. Michigan, 7th Floor, Chicago, Illinois 60603; and on the IHIPC website.
